This month, we will continue to read from the book of Numbers, including the story of “the spies” who Moses sent to scout out the land of Israel while the Israelites were still in the wilderness. Each of the 12 tribes was represented, and when they returned, 10 of the 12 talked about all of the reasons why going into the land would be dangerous and wouldn’t work. Only Caleb and Joshua had a positive attitude and the confidence about taking this important next step.
There are always reasons we can find for why things won’t work, particularly when it comes to our health and well-being. Rather than dwell on the negative, focus on the positive and find reasons to take that important next step for yourself. Your body will thank you!
